Pozhikara Kadakathu Kavu Durga temple is located at Kadakath Pozhikara near Paravur in Kollam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga. The annual Avittam festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Meena Masam (March – April).
This is a very small temple with a chathura sreekovil. The temple has shrines of Goddess Durga, Bhuvaneshwari and several other deities. The murtis worshipped in the temple are very old but the out structures are comparatively new.
The upa devatas here include Ganapathy, Madan and Nagas.
The shrine is located near a beautiful location and is surrounded by Paravur Lake.
