Sant Asaram Bapu on Happiness

Man has three basic needs: love, happiness and bliss. But most of us find these three the most elusive. Man is always in search of happiness, yet fails to understand that happiness is inherently present within us. Man never attains real happiness from material gains. What we get from such things are feelings of momentary elation. Elation is a modification of the mind. The elation we get is always followed by an equal amount of grief.
