Panmana Minnamthottil Devi temple is located at Panmana near Sankaramangalam, Chavara in Kollam district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy. The annual festival in the temple is held in Meena Masam and it coincides with the Meena Bharani day.
The sankalpam of Bhagavathi is that of Goddess Bhadra. This a small shrine with a nalambalam, chathura sreekovil, and namaskara mandapam. There are shrines of upa devatas.
Melam, shakti temple rituals and pujas and ezhunellippu are part of the annual festival.
