Neyyattinkara Kuttapana Shiva temple is located at Neyyattinkara in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Mahadev – Shiva. The annual festival in the temple is held in Meena Masam (March – April). Maha Shivratri is another important festival here.
This is a small temple and it enshrines a Shivling. The temple also has shrines of upa devatas.
The annual festival is noted for dhara, homams and other Shaiva temple rituals. Melam, temple performing art forms of Kerala, lamps, lighting and procession are part of the festival. The festival concludes with Arattu ceremony.
