Vengalloor Nadayilkavu temple is located on the Thodupuzha – Muvattupuzha Road at Vengalloor in Idukki district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy or Devi. The annual festival in the temple is held in Meena Masam (March – April) and the festival coincides with the Meena Bharani day.
This is a traditional Kerala style temple surrounded by a small grove of big trees. The shrine has a nalambalam, namaskara mandapam, chathura sreekovil and shrines of upa devatas.
The annual festival is famous for various Shakteya pujas and rituals including homam, abhishekam etc. Temple art forms, melam, and ezhunnallathu are part of the annual festival.
The shrine also observes Navratri in Thula Masam and Thrikarthika in Vrischika Masam.
The annual prathishta dinam in the temple is held in Malayalam Meda Masam (April - May).
