Mayyanad Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Mahalakshmi temple is located at Dhavalakkuzhi - Mayyanad in Kollam district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi and Anantha Padmanabha Swamy form of Vishnu Bhagavan. The annual festival in the temple is held on Rohini nakshatra day in Kumbha Masam (February – March).
This is a small temple located on the banks of backwaters. The shrine has a main chathura sreekovil and separate small temples for upa devatas.
The annual festival in the temple is famous for Vaishnava poojas, melam, ezhunellippu, caparisoned elephant and Kerala temple performing art forms.
