Anthikkad Vadakkekara Mahavishnu temple is located at Anthikad in Thrissur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Bhagavan Maha Vishnu. The annual festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Meena Masam (March – April).
This is a small shrine dedicated to Vishnu Bhagavan. The temple has a chathura sreekovil. There are shrines of upa devatas.
The annual festival in the temple is famous for melam (panchavadyam, thayambaka, pandi melam). The thidambu of Bhagavan is taken for ezhunnallathu during the annual festival. The festival begins with kodiyettam and ends with arattu.
The shrine also observes Vishu, Ramayana Masam, and Thiruvonam.
