Kurumal Bhagavathi Temple is located at Velur village in Thrissur district, Kerala. The annual festival in the temple is observed on the sankranti day in Kumbham month.
The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhadrakali. There is a belief that this Bhadrakali is Muthi. There is another belief that the Goddess is Desha Devata Nanadurga.
A unique offering in the temple is small muram (Kerala style pan). Garlands made of small murams are offered to Goddess to find early relief to child health issues.
The temple belonged to Avanaparra Mana.
