Honeycomb is maya and honey dripping is material Life including fear, desire, hatred, jealousy, lust, attachment. The honey bee stinging the man is the constant pain associated with material life. In spite of the severe pain man is not ready to give away attachment and material life.
Self realization (here represented by Mahavishnu) extends its hands to the human to attain moksha and release humans from the cycle of birth and death.
Human beings are so attached to the material world that they fail to understand the Truth.
