Shri Sant Ghadgenath Maharaj Punyatithi is annually observed
in Magh month. It is the death anniversary of the divine soul Shri Sant
Gadge Nath Maharaj. The day is observed mainly at Kole Village
A temple dedicated to Sant Gadge Nath Maharaj is located at
Kole near Satara. Hundreds of people gather here to pay respect to the saint.
Special pujas, satsangs and prayer meetings are organized on the day.
Shri Sant Gadge Nath Maharaj Punyatithi is annually observed
on Magh Shukla Paksha Panchami Tithi or the fifth day during the waxing phase
of moon in Magh month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra .
