Mardol Shri Mahalasa Narayani Temple Festival in Goa is observed in Magh month. The festival is observed
for 7 days. The most important event during the festival is the jatra. Mardol
Shri Mahalasa Narayani Temple Festival 2025 date is from February 16 to February 23.
The annual festival is observed from Magh Krishna Paksha
Chaturthi to Magh Krishna Paksha Dasami – the fourth day during the waning
phase of moon in Magh month to the tenth day during the waning phase of moon in
magh month. The Rathotsava is observed on the last day of the festival.
The first day there is the Maharathanusthan, Garuda Rohan, at
night Mayurasana Utsava, Ashtavadhana Seva.
The second day - Maharatha Rohan, Dhwajarohan, Mahaparvani
day.
The third day – In the morning Palkhi Procession to Tali,
Ashtavadhana Seva etc., at night Garuda Vahana Utsava.
The fourth day – At night Ambari Procession.
The fifth day – At night Lalaki - Sukhasana Utsava.
The sixth day – At night Ambari Procession
The seventh day – At night Vijay Rathotsava.
