Sadguru Shri Madhusudan Maharaj Punyatithi at Songir in Dhule in Maharashtra

Sadguru Shri Madhusudan Maharaj was a great saint in the 20th century and he was third guru of the Anandvan Sansthan. His Punyatithi or death anniversary is observed in Magh month. Sadguru Shri Madhusudan Maharaj Punyatithi 2025 date is February 6. This is an important day at Anandvan Ashram at Songir in Dhule in Maharashtra. He undertook Samadhi here.

Sadguru Shri Madhusudan Maharaj was the disciple of Keshav Datta Maharaj Maharaj and he had spiritual leaning from a young age.

He worked tirelessly for making Anandvan Sansthan a great spiritual organization.

Sadguru Madhusudan Maharaj predicted his date of death and made preparations accordingly. He left his body on January 30, 1985 sitting in a yogic position, controlling his breath and meditating on the Supreme Truth.

Shri Madhusudan Maharaj Punyatithi is held on the Magh Shukla Paksha Navami tithi or the ninth day during the waxing phase of moon in Magh month as per traditional lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra.
