Alobanath Palki Utsav is annually observed in Magh Month.
The Palki Utsav is the main festival at the Alobanath
Temple located at Satave near Panhala
(which is around 20 km from Kolhapur ).
Alobanath Palki Utsav 2024 date is February 24.
Hundreds of people follow the Palki of Alobanath on the day.
Special pujas and rituals are observed on the occasion.
Alobanath Palki Utsav is observed on Magh Purnima Tithi or
the full moon day in Magh month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar
followed in Maharashtra .
