Picture of Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi on Beer Bottle of Brookvale Union in Australia

Ginger Beer bottle of ‘Brookvale Union’ based in Brookvale, New South Wales, Australia carries juxtaposed images of Hindu God Ganesh and Goddess Lakshmi. The website of Brookvale Union also carries a flash representation of the same image.

This happens all the time. Images of Hindu gods, goddesses and Hindu symbols quite often end up at the wrong place in commercials.

Commercials are meant to attract people’s attention. Maximum people. But Hinduism is only the third largest religion in the world.

So from a marketing point of view the first and second largest religions in the world should be used to garner maximum attraction. But rarely this happens. Wonder Why? It is the symbols of the third largest religion that is widely used in commercials and that too at the most inappropriate place.

The above comment is just an observation and it is strictly not meant to hurt or agitate the secularists or the secular media. If any secular person or secular media is hurt due to the above comment then I genuinely apologize. Please forgive this poor Hindu.
