Nattassery Vishnu Temple

Nattassery Vishnu temple, also known as Krodhavath Vishnumangalam Sri Mahavishnu temple, is located at Perumbaikad – Nattassery in Kottayam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Bhagavan Vishnu.

This is a typical Kerala style temple with a chathura sreekovil, which faces east. There is a chuttambalam and namaskara mandapam. There are shrines of upa devatas including Ganesha, Shiva, Devi and Nagaraja – serpents.

A standing of murti of Bhagavan Vishnu with four hands is worshipped in the temple.

Fortnightly Ekadashi and monthly Thiruvonam nakshatra are of great importance here. Vishu, Ramayana Masam and Ashtami Rohini are observed in the temple.
