Kollam Dwadasi Madom Kali Vinayaka temple is located near Kollam Collectorate in Kollam town, Kerala. There are two main deities in the temple – Ganesha or Ganapathi and Goddess Kali. Vinayaka Chaturthi is an important festival in the temple. Navratri and Thrikarthika are significance to Goddess Kali.
The temple has two separate sreekovil. The upa devatas worshipped in the temple are Nagas.
There are no other major structures. The temple is associated with Dwadasi madom.
