Bhaum Vrat is observed on the first Tuesday after the Amavasya or no moon day in the Shravan month. Many Hindu communities in North India observe special rituals and prayers on the day. Bhaum Vrat 2024 date is August 6.
It must be noted that the vrat is observed on all Tuesdays of Shravan month. Visiting Durga temples and offering prayers in another important devotional activity on the day. Hanuman darshan is another important devotional practice on the day.
