Bhagavad Gita Is The Summary Of All Scriptures In Hinduism

Bhagavad Gita is the essence of the Vedas. It contains all the scriptural teaching in Hinduism. A great saint said
All the Upanishads are the cows, the Lord Himself is the milker, Arjuna, the calf and those of purified understanding are the drinkers of the milk, the supreme nectar of the Gita.

For the soul there is neither birth nor death at any time. The soul is unborn, eternal, ever-existing and primeval. The soul is not slain when the body is slain.

The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.

You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of the action. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty.
