Kurumpilavu Vendrasseri Shiva temple is located on Cherpu - Thriprayar Road at Kurumbilavu in Thrissur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Mahadeva Shiva. The annual Pratishta festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Mithuna Masam (June – July).
The darshan of the sreekovil is towards west. The temple has a chathura sreekovil, namaskara mandapam, chuttambalam and shrines of upa devatas.
The annual festival in the temple is famous for ezhunnallathu, melam, music, dance, procession and traditional performing art forms of Kerala.
The temple observes Shivratri, Ramayana Masam, Vrischika Masam, Thrikarthika and Thiruvathira in Dhanu Masam.
