Panniyankara Durga Devi temple is located near Kallai in Kozhikode district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Durga. The temple is one among the 108 Durga temples in Kerala. The sankalpam of Goddess Durga here is that of Mahishasuramardini.
The darshanam of Panniyankara Durga Devi is towards east.
The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Ayyappa, Ganapathy and Vettaikaran. There are two Ganpati murti in the temple.
Navratri is observed here. Tuesdays and Fridays attract large number of devotees to the temple.
