Thiruvazhiyad Narasimhamurthy temple is located at Thiruvazhiyad, around 5 km south of Nemmara, in Palakkad district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Narasimha Avatar of Vishnu. The darshanam of Thiruvazhiyad Narasimhamurthy is towards east.
The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Shiva, Ganapathy and Bhagavathy.
The six-day annual festival concludes on Uthram nakshatra in Edavam month (May – June) with Arattu.
