This clearly goes to show that HINDUS have ruled the world at one point of time. The history also shows that Hindu Kings had business all round the world. Then what made India this poor now .Is it the present Government policies or the people of India being frustated by the Gandhian policies have lost national interest and are concentrating only on personal Interest. All the intellectuals are forced to leave the country because they are treated as second grade citizens in their home country India and the maximum corruption and the so called secularism has shaken the roots of Indians in their home land.
A new born hindu is in search of his relegion. He is not sure whether to call it a relegion or just the indian term "Matham" meaning his idea of oneness or the supreme. Sites like this one can give him leads to like minded people. Contact manojbabu90@gmail.com
Hinduism is neither a religion nor a group of idol worshipers. It is a way of life. You need to be no believer to be a Hindu, you can't convert people to Hinduism,it is a way of life.We accept atheists, idol worshiper, monotheists, believers in Bhootaas and other form of deities, saints and what not. That is the greatness of Hinduism. In a way Islam and Christianity are branches of Hinduism. If Hindus wanted the whole of Asia today would be India. We basically are not expansionists,in a way it is a tragedy but it is our greatness which most of the Hindus don't realise.
Dr.K.G.Bhat,
You are 100% correct. Indian culture is Hindu culture (Buddhists, Jains included)
how about My Son heritage in Central of Viet Nam ?
Sites of interest that are places of religious worship can have lots of nice architecture on show. These are good for tourism. Stalls and shops nearby can sell goods that are in the trend of the site. This is good for the local economy as a whole host of services like accomodation and enertainment can be provided for the clientele. Business organisations with property in local towns can benefit by advertising to the increased flow of traffic to the sites. This can be done through signposts or hoardings on the thoroughfares leading to the sites. The business advertisements do not need to be linked to the the site's theme. Local governmental departments can work with business organisations (i.e share the maintenance costs) to make the destination attractive to more commerce. The sites should be linked to educational institutions for non- commercial activities as a point of reference for local heritage, art and culture. Planning regulations and law in general apply to the sites and their environs. The site and those areas that are to benefit from tourism for commerce can be put into special zones. This allows focus on the area to be developed and if met with some success can be replicated. Amenities in the zone should satisfy planning standards and demand from the public and private sector alike in the main. Security/law enforcement needs to vigilant and efficient for money attracts crime both administrative and organised. Transparency of transactions and issues that matter to public interest and the ilk in this regard reduce doubts and suspicions. Chief transport hubs are not necessary near the sites since their remoteness from centres of development increase their charm.

I like to thanks for this blog which provide much more information, debate and comment about Hindusm. But knowing Hindusm is not enough We all knowing as Baidik Sanatana. Our religion is Baidik. We belive Koti Koti Devas it means unmemorable gods that is why we are never against other religion.
Hindusium is a way of living. If you can sacrifice
you can live as Hindu is living.
