Mundayad Sree Erinjiyil Keezhil Bhagavathy Kavu temple is located at Mundayad in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Meena Masam – Meenam 16 to Meenam 18 (March 30 to April 1).

This a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil. The roof of
the shrine is decorated with traditional temple motifs. There are raised
platforms for other deities. Certain deities are worshipped under trees.
