Myladathadam Parammal Thottinkara Bhagavathy temple is located at Myladathadam near Azhikode south in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Bhagavathi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Meda Masam – Medam 9 to Medam 10 (April 22 to April 23).

This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil – square sanctum sanctorum. Some deities are worshipped on square platforms and under trees. The roof and walls of the main shrine are decorated with traditional temple motifs. Sankranti in every month is of great significance.
