Mattool Alinkeel Tharavadu Muthappan temple (Poykayile Parappil) is located at Matool in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Muthappan. The theyyam festival is held here for a couples of days annually.

Tharavadu Muthappan temple is the Muthappan theyyam.
This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil for the
main deity. The roof of the shrine is traditionally decorated. There are other
smaller sreekovils and raised platforms for other deities. Certain deities are
worshipped under trees. Sankranti in a Malayalam month is of great importance.
