Adoor Sree Panichikavu temple is located at Adoor on Chovva Mambaram Road, Kadachira, in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Thaiparadevatha and Aryapoonkani. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 8 to Kumbham 10 (February 21 to Feb 23).
The important theyyams that can be witnessed at Adoor Sree Panichikavu temple are Aryappoonkanni theyyam, Bappooran theyyam, Gulikan theyyam, Thaiparadevatha theyyam and Gurukaranavar theyyam.
The temple has a traditionally decorated chathura sreekovil.
The roof the shrine has traditional motifs. There are raised platforms of
certain deities. Some deities are worshipped under trees.
