Vadakke Puliyannur Cheruppakkottu Vishnu temple is located at Vadakke Puliyannur near Cheemeni in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Vishnumoorthi (Narasimha form of Bhagavan Vishnu) and other popular deities worshipped in kavu and tharavadu in the region. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Vrischika Masam – Vrischikam 10 and Vrischikam 12 (November 26 to November 28).

Puliyannur Cheruppakkottu Vishnu temple are Vishnumoorthi theyyam, Achan
Daivam, Bhairavan theyyam and Sasthappan.
The temple has a chathura sreekovil (square sanctum
sanctorum) for the main deity. Some deities are worshipped atop small square
platforms and under trees. The temple performs special pujas and rituals on
Sankranti day.
