Kunduvalappil Tharavadu Parakka Illam Devasthanam temple is located at Vellur near Annur in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Chamundi, Kurathi, Vishnumoorthi and other deities worshipped in kavu and tharavadu in the region. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 4 to Kumbham 6 (February 16 to Feb 18).

Tharavadu Parakka Illam Devasthanam temple are Monthi Kolam, Kundor Chamundi
theyyam, Kurathi theyyam, Koodeyullor theyyam, and Vishnumoorthi Theyyam.
The temple has a chathura sreekovil (square sanctum
sanctorum) for the main deity. Some deities are worshipped atop small square
platforms and under trees. The temple performs special pujas and rituals on
Sankranti day.
