Puthur Kshetrapalaka Kshetram Adiyodi Tharavadu Oorpzhassi Vettaikkorumakan Devasthanam temple is located at Puthur near Karivellur in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Oorpzhassi and Vettaikkorumakan. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 12 and Kumbham 13 (February 24 and Feb 25).

The main temple is a chathura sreekovil – square sanctum sanctorum. There are other smaller sreekovils and raised square platforms for other deities. Some deities are worshipped under trees. Vishu is an important festival here. Sankranti in every Malayalam month is of importance.

കരിവെള്ളൂര്‍ പുത്തൂര്‍ ക്ഷേത്രപാലക ക്ഷേത്രം അടിയോടി തറവാട് ഊര്‍പ്പഴശിവേട്ടക്കൊരുമകന്‍ ദേവസ്ഥാനം കളിയാട്ടം Feb 24, 25 തീയതികളില്‍ നടക്കും. 25 ന് രാവിലെ 10 മണിക്ക് ഊര്‍പ്പഴശി ,വേട്ടക്കൊരുമകന്‍ എന്നീ തെയ്യങ്ങളുടെ പുറപ്പാട്, ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് അന്നദാനം എന്നിവ ഉണ്ടാകും.
