Thondiyil Muchilottu Bhagavathy temple is located at Thondiyil near Peravoor in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Muchilottu Bhagavathy and other deities that are commonly worshipped in kavu, tharavadu and sacred places in Kannur region of Kerala. The annual theyyam, kaliyattam thira festival is held for three days in Malayalam Meena Masam – Meenam 6 to Meenam 8 (March 20 to March 22).
The temple has a chathura sreekovil – square sanctum sanctorum with a traditionally decorated roof and outer walls. Other deities are worshipped on small sreekovil, square platforms and under tree. Sankranti and Vishu are the important days in the temple.
