Mambalam Padinhattayil Tharavadu temple is located at Mambalam near Payyannur in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to various deities that are worshipped in kavu and tharavadu in North Malabar region. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held here once in three years in Malayalam Meena Masam (Meenam 11 and Meenam 12) – March 25 and March 26. The last theyyam festival was held here in 2026.
The important theyyams that are performed here are Kandanarkelan
theyyam, Vayanatu Kulavan theyyam and Vishnumoorthi theyyam.
