Kara Perinchery Vengalode Daivathar Kandi Bhagavathi temple is located at Perinchery (Perinjeri or Perincheri) near Uruvachal – Devarkadu - Mattanur in Kannur district, Kerala. The theyyam festival here is famous for some rare theyyams. The shrine is dedicated to various Goddesses and other deities that are seen in various kavu, sacred places and tharavadu in Kannur region of Kerala. The deities are worshipped in small sreekovil, under trees and on square platforms.
The annual theyyam kaliyattam thira festival in the temple is held for two days in Malayalam Meda Masam (April 29 and April 30 – Medam 16 and Medam 17).

festival are – Kadangod Pothi theyyam, Karanavar theyyam, Perumpuzhayachan
theyyam, Muthappan theyyam, Rudirapaalan theyyam and Thekkan Gulikan.
