Muyyam Sri Muchilottu Bhagavathi temple is located at Muyyam in Kannur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy and other deities that are worshipped in the various tharavadu and kavu in the region. The annual theyyam festival in the temple is held for four days in Malayalam Dhanu masam – Dhanu 24 to Dhanu 27 (January 8 to January 11).
The temple has a small chathura sreekovil with an aesthetically decorated traditional Kerala style temple roof.
The important theyyams that are performed during the annual theyyam kaliyattam festival are Kannangattu Bhagavathy theyyam, Vishnumoorthi theyyam, Muchilottu Bhagavathy theyyam, Narambil Bhagavathy theyyam, Puliyoor Kali theyyam and Puliyoor Kannan theyyam.
The temple is also famous for is Mudi ezhunellippu.
