Pazhayakulam Para temple is located at Pazhayakulam, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Mother Goddess Shakti (Bhagavathy or Devi). The annual festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Vrischika Masam (November – December).

The shrine also observes various other festivals including Navratri, pratishta dinam, Vishu, Mandala Kalam, and Thiruvonam.
