Thottoor Maha Vishnu temple is located at Kidangoor in Kottayam district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Bhagavan Vishnu. The murti is believed to a wish fulfilling deity
The temple is not like the other temples in the area. It is a modern building. There are no upa devatas. The murti in the temple is very old.
The temple has a chathura sreekovil with standing murti of Bhagwan Vishnu.
Fortnightly Ekadashi and monthly Thiruvonam nakshatra are of great importance here. Vishu, Ramayana Masam and Ashtami Rohini are observed in the temple.
