Amayur Shiva temple is located at Amayur near Pattambi in Palakkad district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Mahadeva Shiva. Shivratri and annual prathishta dinam are important festivals here.
The temple has a two-tier chathura sreekovil and it faces west. There are shrines of upa devatas, nalambalam and namaskara mandapam. The upa devatas worshipped here include Vishnu, Bhagavathy and Ganapati.
Various homams, pujas and japams are observed in the temple in various months.
Karkidaka Masam, Vrischika Masam, Thrikarthika and Thiruvathira day are of importance in the temple.
