Bhoothakulam Kadambra Madan Nada temple is located at Kadambra, Boothakulam (Poothakulam) near Paravur road in Kollam district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Madan – a Shaiva deity. The annual festival in the temple is held on Pooyam nakshatra day in Kumbha Masam.
