Ramassery Mannath Bhagavathi temple is located at Ramasseri in Palakkad district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual Ramassery Kummatti festival is held on the Thursday and Friday of the fourth week of February (Kumbha Masam) – the second Thursday in Kumbha Masam. Ramassery Kummatti festival 2024 date is February 22.
The annual kummati festival is famous for special pujas and rituals, prasada oottu, kelikottu, thalappoli, kombu pattu, panchavadyam, pakalvela purappadu, ezhunnallathu, pandimelam and thayambaka.
The murti of Bhagavathy is taken atop caparisoned elephants on the occasion to the accompaniment of melam.
This is a small shrine with a kannadi shila bimbham of Bhagavathy in the temple.
