Puthiyankam Puthukulangara Kandamuthan temple (പുതിയങ്കം പുതുക്കുളങ്ങര കണ്ടമുത്തൻ ക്ഷേത്രo) is located near Alathur in Palakkad district, Kerala. The annual Pongala festival in the temple is held in Kumbha Masam (February – March).
The first day of the festival is dedicated to Pongala ritual. Kanniyar Kali (കണ്യാർകളി) is held on the second day and third day and this includes Porattukal (പൊറാട്ടുകൾ). The festival concludes on the fourth day with poovaral (പൂവാരൽ).
The annual prathishta dinam in the temple is also held in Kumbha Masam.
