Pangavu Shiva Temple Information – Shivratri Festival

Pangavu Shiva Temple is located on the banks of Bharathapuzha River at Pangavu near Cheruthuruthy in Thrissur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Shiva – Mahadeva. The annual Shivratri festival is observed here with great importance.

Special pujas and extensive rituals dedicated to serpents or nagas are held on Ayilyam nakshatra in Thulam Masam (October – November).
