Panthallur Shiva Bhagavathi temple is located at Panthallur near Kunnamkulam, Thrissur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Shiva and Goddess Bhagavathi. The famous pooram festival in the temple is held in Makaram month.
Panthallur pooram is famous for melam, procession, caparisoned elephants, muthukuda, traditional performing art forms of Kerala and fireworks.
The shrine also observes Mahashivratri, Prathishta Dinam, Navratri and Thrikarthika.
