Thodupuzha Sri Krishna temple located on the banks of a river in Thodupuzha town in Idukki district, Kerala. The murti sankalpam is that of Unnikrishnan. The murti of Krishna here holds butter in one of his hands. Thodupuzha Chothi Ootu 2024 date is March 28.

The 10-day annual festival is observed in such a way that arattu is observed on Thiruvonam nakshatra after Chothi Nakshatra in Meenam month. Th festival is noted for Chothi Ootu or feeding of people arriving in the temple on Chothi nakshatram in Meenam month.
As per history, the murti was brought here and installed and performed puja by Brahmins who were fleeing the attack and persecution of Tipu Sultan in North Kerala.
