Kayikkara Sree Kapaliswaram Mahadeva temple is located at Kayikkara in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The Shivling worshipped in the temple was consecrated by Sri Narayana Guru in kollavarsham 1068.
The shrine has a kodimaram or flag post and thus annual festival is observed here.
Mondays in a week and Pradosham in a fortnight are important days here.
