Trikkulam Shiva temple is located around 1 km from Chemmad in Malappuram district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Shiva. The temple has a vatta sreekovil or round sanctum sanctorum. The darshanam of Trikkulam Shiva is towards west.
The Shivling worshipped here is swayambhu – not made by human beings. There is a belief that water is found below the pratishta.
