Ezhinjillam Kavu Sastha Temple is located at Peringara on Thiruvalla – Changanassery road in Pathanamthitta district, Kerala. This is one among the 108 Ayyappa temples in Kerala. The temple is known as Eringakavu in Thottam pattu, which narrates the 108 Ayyappa temples.
The murti worshipped in the temple sits in padmasana posture. The deity faces east. The Upa Devata worshipped in the temple is Rakshas.
The main festival in the temple is held on Uthram nakshatra in Kumbham month. Kavadiyattam is held during the festival.
Earlier there used to Kettukazhcha during the festival.
The temple belonged to Vazhapadu Illam now the shrine is managed by NSS Karayogam.
Anthimahakalan Temple, earlier known as Chenthitta Kavu, was the Keezhedam of Ezhinjillam Kavu. The Upa Devata worshipped in Anthimahakalan temple is Akhila Yakshi.
