Kundamkuzhy Shiva temple is located on the Poinachi – Bedadka road in Kasargod district. The five-day annual festival begins on Dhanu 27 as per Malayalam calendar.
This a unique temple as the swayambhu Shivling in the temple is located in a small ditch filled with water.
The upa devatas worshipped in the shrine are Vishnu, Sastha and Ganapathy.
Traditional dance and art forms of the region are performed during the annual festival.
