How To Chant The Mantra?
- The mantra should be chanted for 21 days starting from a Thursday (this mantra should not be begun on Tuesday).
- The person chanting the mantra should take bath and then wear red color cloth. The ideal time to chant the mantra is morning.
- The devotee should then sit before the murti or painting of Hanuman.
- Light lamp, agarbatti, offer sindoor, red color flowers and a banana.
- Next chant the mantra 108 times.
- Give away the banana to a cow.
- Continue this for the next 21 days.
