Big Hanuman Statue at Rourkela – Hanuman Vatika at Rourkela

Rourkela is home to a big Hanuman statue. It is located at the Hanuman Vatika in Rourkela in Odisha. The murti is 75 feet high and is the second tallest Hanuman Statue in Odisha. It is located around 7 km from city center.


Apart from the huge Hanuman murti, The temple has a replica of 12 Jyotirlingas.

Shrines dedicated to Batta Mangala Devi, Vaishno Devi, Goddess Parvati, Sarala Devi, Lakshmi, Vimala and Santoshi Mata are located in the Vatika. There is also a Jagannath Temple in the vatika. Other shrines in the garden are Ganesh Temple, Sai Baba Temple, Ram Parviar (Lord Ram, Laxman and Sita), Radha Krishna Temple and Somnath Temple.
