Triyugi Narayan Mela is annually held on the Shukla Paksha Dwadasi or the 12th day during the waxing phase of moon in Bhadrapad month at the famous Triyuginarayan Temple
An eternal flame, believed to be have been lit during the marriage of Shiva and Parvati, is found in front of the shrine.
The mela attracts thousands of people from the nearby villages. Char Dham yatras also join in the mela.
The temple is located at the Triyuginarayan village in Rudraprayag District. The famous Kedarnath Shrine is around 31 km from Triyugi Narayan.
