Ayyallur Nagathuvalappu Kunharukurathiyamma Kottam temple is located at Ayyallur near Mattannur in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Kunharu Kurathi Amma and numerous other deities. The annual kaliyattam theyyam, thira festival is held for two days in Malayalam Medam Masam – Medam 2 and Medam 3 (April 15 or April 16 to April 17).

Nagathuvalappu Kunharukurathiyamma Kottam are Gulikan theyyam, Kunharu Kurathi Amma
theyyam, Panjuruli theyyam, Sasthappan theyyam and Vasoorimala theyyam.
The temple has a small chathura sreekovil for the main
deity. There are other smaller sreekovils. Some deities are offered worship under
trees and upon raised platforms. The shrine observes important rituals and
festivities including Sankranti in every month.
